The Defence Housing Authority ( DHA ) has acquired all over 12,500 acres of land on constructing the National Highway corridor to develop Defence-II housing scheme, and besides indulging in value-addition portions of implementing the existing land Defence scheme, DHA Administrator Brig Maqsood Hussain said.

According to Alvi, participating in the first planning step, a new project would be constructed at the site of the dam, which would cost 20 KVA of electricity. He said later that in the two subsequent planning stages however, inflation could be increased up to 100 KVA.

At present, the DHA is looking for a suitable consulting contractor to provide it with the required technical expertise and assistance needed for completing the feasibility study, testing and ultimately to fulfill all subsequent materials, raw material engineering, and technical support requirements for the successful development and operational operations of all the field component of alternative energy sources. The DHA corporation has decided to develop 5000 acres area geographically out of a total of 11,640 acres land, with plans for anticipating further settlement in the next four to the year 2020 years.

Alvi believes that owing to considering the hilly terrain of surrounding the project land, a runway is constructed at the project site itself, which is as high as 279 feet and its surface is best suitable for handling the rapid installation of wind turbines. He has noted earlier that at even ground sea level, wind with a velocity of 400 meters per second is distributed throughout the year-round, although this ease of transport is advantageous for the relative efficiency of the conventional wind turbines project. “ We officials are planning ways that a soon-to-be-opened information center, liaison office, headquarters and tube-well of the DHA City network would be replaced by the renewable energy demonstration project, ” says he said. Obviously such a fully sustainable land development plan could not yet be implemented self-sustained for future electricity needs by instead solely relying on existing renewable sources of energy, said the government DHA City.

The construction of urban irrigation, water supply, sewerage system, rainwater harvesting, underground renewable electricity, and gas pipelines constructed simultaneously at the DHA City Karachi (DCK) would also be completed within the stipulated conditions timeline.

DCK contractor, Engr Arif Osmani, told testimony to the parliamentary committee overseeing corruption at meeting the DHA City Karachi ( DCK ) committee on Tuesday. The feasibility of the renewable energy project proposal, alternate irrigation works, and environmental impact assessment was also discussed and additional water management work projects in the area will be completed successfully.

DHA administrator enables the DCK consultants and engineers to complete the certified certification projects by using a highly holistic approach. The three towers surrounding by the inner main entrance gate should be carefully given greater priority.

The DCK’s municipal chief consultant, Prof. Spiro k Pollalis, said that the new city center will be a sustainable project which was being fully developed together to provide a truly unique lifestyle. An international education system and an international technical university would also be implemented at improving the DCK, he proposed, reiterating that the city would eventually be equipped with a sustainable regional economy and become an industrial society.
